      Cutting edge work, compensation is good (not great though) due to RSU, Job security, lots of technical learning opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to switch to management role from engineering role, Company is becoming big so furture opportunities may be slow (remains to be seen)

      Avantages

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Inconvénients

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
