Lower salaries and small raises/bonuses with no explanation for the reasons behind them; doesn't promote fairness and respect among employees, very slow/ineffective in resolving employee personality issues/conflicts inside groups which allows the situation to affect performance of individuals other than goup; individuals having personal issues constantly allowed to display disruptful behavoir and play politically against others to get rid of those who she dislikes, such as getting other employees submit bad reviews and managers taking these reviews as truthful without getting to understand the situation better; employees promoted based on attributes other than their merit.
