Avantages
had a strong learning and growth experience at Qtech, where I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders on discussions, planning, and strategic initiatives. As the company operated in the SMB space, I was able to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally across teams, which gave me hands-on exposure to a variety of projects and services and significantly broadened my skill set.
Inconvénients
In a close-knit working setup, a few employees can at times become overly inquisitive, which may affect professionalism.
