      Pay, benefits, atmosphere, access to upper management

      Inconvénients

      Long shifts, short breaks, points system, REAL employee accountability….this points system does not benefit other employees -if you want to do the job correctly and safely speed should NEVER be rewarded, “showing up” doesn’t automatically mean your actually earning your wage.
