      Avantages

      QGate is a comfortable place to work. The hours are reasonable and flexible within reason. For example, if you need to leave early then its ok. You can progress as slow or fast as you like. Positive "Vision" from management.

      Inconvénients

      Workloads are high because there is not enough staff. The "vision" from management is great but not enforced or put in to reality. Business Processes not clear or complete. Internal Projects not followed through to completion. Management spread to thinly which has reduced the effectiveness.

      Avantages

      Happy employees who are always keen to help with anything. Excellent management which has seen the company have continued success. A real focus on the happiness of employees. All round great working environment. New ideas are welcome and trust and independence is given. Common sense and understanding.

      Inconvénients

      None. A change in career choice is the only reason i have moved on.
