      Avantages

      I'm really happy working at Pysquad. The salary is always on time, which shows good stability and management. The team and management are very supportive and always listen and help when needed. The work environment is positive and friendly, and there's plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Overall, it's a great place to work

      Inconvénients

      1> Sometimes the workload picks up, but that’s normal. 2> Some processes might need a bit more structure. 3> And honestly, they're a little too friendly, it feels less like work and more like hanging out with good people!

      Avantages

      - I started my journey here as a Junior developer and grew into a Senior Software Engineer. The company provided the right platform and challenging projects that allowed me to upgrade my skills and climb the ladder effectively. - The management and peers at PySquad are very supportive. There is a strong culture of knowledge sharing, where team members help each other solve complex issues. - As I advanced to a senior role, I was given good ownership of my ongoing projects, which allowed me to develop leadership skills alongside my coding abilities.
