      Avantages

      The mission of the organization inspire everyone to be their best because of the impact the company is making in the lives of many. Co-workers create an upbeat environment where the little things (like birthdays) are celebrated. Employees are compensated fairly and there is room for advancement in the organization. They were flexible with my scheduling needs when family circumstances arose. This is the perfect place for employees who are driven, honest, hardworking, team players, and enthusiastic. If you fit those characteristics, you would probably enjoy working here.

      Inconvénients

      Would have been better for me if the office was in St Louis County or Chesterfield area

      Great employees and benefits are good

      Inconvénients

      Owner has several different companies and tries to combine all together using managers from other companies who aren't legally employed by them to run things and make major changes. It is a nightmare and nobody knows what is going on or going to happen next most of the time. He has property management and construction as well that he tries to run like manufacturing and it's embarrassing. An abundance of meetings taking you away from your daily duties.
