      Avantages

      - great opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues; - nice co-workers on the development teams and a good work environment; - there's room and opportunity for growth inside the company.

      Inconvénients

      - no respect for processes (on IT and HR, specially); - too much focus on revenue, too little on the people; - very low salary, although it's average for the city, it's very low compared to other nearby cities; - low commitment from the company to the employees, and vice-versa (by consequence); - 44h/week journey. I mean, come on.

      Avantages

      - Great opportunity to start a career - Nice infrastructure - Although having more Cons than Pros, it is still one of the best companies in the city, or at least one of the least-worst.

      Inconvénients

      - Managers are very conservative - The focus is, as in most companies in the area, on revenue. People are seen as mere machines - Salaries stay the same for a long period and are low compared to other cities (although they might be among the highest in the city) - Software development doesn't follow many processes - HR lacks support
