Upper management is clueless about what it takes to to do the TCA job efficiently and effectively. Some of their policies are laughable, leaving you to wonder if they have ever even been at a Testing Center. They have little regard for the TCAs, are sometimes rude, and there is no recognition other than a few praise points for being a long-time employee. There is no such thing as seniority. Low pay for minimal hours. High expectations, sometimes unreasonable.
