Great technology that actually works and customers really are committed to using the tech. Overall, really good people that work there except executive and very senior leadership.
Inconvénients
Executive sales leadership is completely disjointed. While my direct manager was great, she reports to people who are just out to get sales people and this is a complete fear based sales culture. If you don't catch on or up very quick, you're dismissed. The lack of resources is shocking. Teams are literally running on fumes. Which is impacting the customer base. Not to mention most customers notice the massive employee attrition. Very unapproachable executive leadership.
