Compensation is above the local market average, however it didn't take very long to understand why.

Toxic leadership, lack of accountability, ethical concerns, micromanagement from unqualified leadership, poor communication, high turnover, and an unhealthy workplace culture. Plus, an unsafe work environment, with a lot of violent members and drug use is tolerated. Zero consequences. Also, high turnover often resulted in positions being filled by individuals who lacked the experience or training needed for such a complex patient population.
