Avantages
In this role, you will become an expert at facilitation. You will be exposed to all different kinds of people through the work you do in schools. You will truly have a direct impact on the lives of students and teachers. You will get to be creative, silly, and independent. You will be welcomed to a group of people who believe what you believe, and you'll get lots of opportunities to travel and interact with the arts, nature, and our community in a new way. Summer can be very chill.
Inconvénients
You will absolutely get burned out. You may feel isolated when working directly with students all day and then returning to the office; not many who don't have this specific role understand the demands of it. There is not a clear path for upward mobility from the entry level positions.
