      working on weekends occasionally, lower end of pay scale for the helping field

      Mostly positive interactions clients or “members” as they are called. Decent pay for PSS who are fully certified

      Inconvénients

      Management micromanages and criticizes staff about minute tasks. Peer support is expected to do maintenance and custodial work
