      Good compensation, job security, good work environment, great co-workers,

      Inconvénients

      The company is constantly changing processes with little direction on how to accomplish the new process, sometimes unrealistic expectations. You handle the claim from start to finish, no total loss teams.

      Avantages

      One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

      Inconvénients

      It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
