Avantages

The pros are that the hours are there for any robots willing to work...

Inconvénients

The cost are unbelievably high.. I worked there and to do my own oil change myself... only paying for oil and filter... was just over $40... and hearing one of the writers saying they wanna "get" a customer with air filters did not sit well with me... if you do go here be careful of them trying to up-sale unnecessarily... Bob Walthers literally said, "we don't hire b***hes here". If you are not willing to sacrifice your personality this is not the place for you... favoritism is a huge thing here... the new guys get the majority of the workload... managements egos do get the best of them... and when you finally get terminated... they try all they can to keep your final pay.. I usually pay $223 in health insurance... my final pay check they took $686 in health insurance.... my 32 hour check was $40.. they think they can talk to you any way they want.. * uneven workload * discrimination * disrespectful.... management feels they can threaten violence and when asked about getting grievance paperwork they say the never heard of that... then they terminate you.... and steal your money... I urge you to please consider this when applying... they do not believe in rqual opportunity...

Avantages

You work for yourself, they simply provide the office and the product.......just not the support. Other than that, they fed you and Saturday.

Inconvénients

Not enough time even give a portion of the cons! The sales managers encourage the favorites to physically stop you from taking on a new customer. They will call all salespersons to the managers or the F&I people are not making enough money, they simply put the gross on the back end of the deal so you are lucky to make $100.00 per sale. They do not stand behind their promises or warranties. The price of each vehicle is solely based on your credit. Do NOT let them run your credit or know how much you make until you get the price of the vehicle you want!!!! I've seen it vary by as much as 25% based on credit. I'm not talking about the interest rate (that's normal) I'm talking about the price of the same vehicle. When they have no customers, they take it out on the sales team. Just a very crooked company to work for and buy from. Worst career choice EVER!
