      - Focus on customer service, and internal communication - Values work-life balance and working blocks (no meeting clutter) - Open to new technology and process implementation - Team members are all talented and motivated individuals (and great people!) - Quarterly bonuses based on goals and great compensation package - Room for promotion and flexibility in role

      Inconvénients

      - Small and agile team environment, which is not for everyone - Limited in-person time, must be comfortable meeting remotely

      Avantages

      The leadership team is open, honest and driven. Productivity is expected but the tools to perform are provided and I've always felt adequately supported.

      Inconvénients

      For those that like being in office we are a remote which some may not enjoy.

      Avantages

      PrograMetrix offers a family-like feel with an incredibly supportive atmosphere. Even on the busiest days, a rewarding work culture makes everything manageable. Leadership is very transparent, has an open book with finances, and goes to bat for our team if ever needed. Everyone is friendly and open to new ideas whether its processes or systems in an always evolving digital industry. Company retreats are planned a couple times a year for the team to spend time in person and connect, which is always fun. Other benefits include fully paid health care, unlimited PTO, 401k match, and goal/bonus opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      No cons at this time. I've been at large and medium agencies, and this is by far the best.
