      Avantages

      There are hardly any positive. You can check from existing employees which company will definitely not allow before you join. After you are trapped then only you will realise

      Inconvénients

      - Extremely discouraging work atmosphere - Before joining, ask to disclose the HR policies and the will not provide - Do not provide proper information before joining and tries to trap people to join them. Most reviews on Good are fake as done by their Friends/relatives on paid basis - There are hardly any long term associated employee (who are not getting job anywhere else) - They ask to retain Educational certificates which is not legal

      Nothing gud in this company

      Inconvénients

      I have nothing gud to talk about this company. Such a worst management n HR n HR policy which gets amended as n wen the employee resign. They recruit team leads who r gud at nothing. zero skillset when it comes to accounting, communication n Excel. Nerd management recruiting nerds. Not at all a place to create a gud career. I m not sure how clients r giving their business to these ppl for their bookkeeping. HR demon who plays a role of spy of those three dumbs who call themselves as management. No insurance to employees, pf is optional n if pf opted then employer pf is also deducted from employee gross.
