Avantages
The number one thing that I really enjoyed during my time with Procom was those that I worked with. They employee so many great people. Procom invest an extensive amount of money in providing their sales and recruiting teams with the latest tools needed to excel at your job. If your new into the Staffing world, or seasoned in the industry, you will have the tools you could ask for. My experience with my Business Development leader was extremely positive, he treated me with respect based on the years of experience that I possessed in the staffing industry and my local market when I joined.
Inconvénients
One of my pros is also a con, although your provided with so many tools to help you with your job, some toles are great and others may not be as useful to some. I never really heard the question asked as to why I used some tools and not others. At times it came off as "we bought these tools and you need to utilize them."
