Avantages
-Full remote, Very good Work/Life Balance -Will give you all office supplies for free and quickly. -A lot of spiffs -Unlimited PTO, decent benefits. -Give you a script to learn cold calling if you are new.
Inconvénients
-No real process, everything gets changed as we go -No real product training. Everything is learn on your own. Watch a super complicated demo and figure it out. -A lot of turnover, witness at least 2 or 3 firings/exits in my short tenure not including myself only saw one promotion and it was very difficult to get from what I heard. -Commission plan is not achievable and they try to sell you on high rated accelerators and low paying regular quota attainment -Team overall is not doing well despite what they tell you
