Very poor salary in comparison to competitors. Sales staff are quite obviously more valued than technical staff. Perpetually under staffed. 24/7 desk with stressful shift patterns. Low level staff are very expendable, causing a high turnover of staff. Low level staff only have so far they can go. Non-existent training or informal training so that staff cannot gain sector valuable certifications. What little training there is, is expected to be done in overtime for no pay. A lot of pressure on staff and the your job security is hung over your head quite a lot. You do not receive the benefits of a promotion until management see fit.
