      The company can be a good place to practice your skills, and getting paid at the same time.

      Inconvénients

      Poor offer, they don't even consider giving benefits to the employees. And it doesn't matter how long you've been working in the company. Work is all they want you for.

      We are not sure where this is coming from. We don't have a profile that matches this description. We also don't fire people during increment time. We actually provided increments during COVID-19 when many companies laid people off or reduced salaries. If this was an authentic review, and this person decided to leave, that is their choice. We do our very best to compensate our team with competitive salaries and benefits. Please be objective and factual. We are happy to hear from you and learn more. Good luck to whoever left this review. We highly doubt this is real.

      Avantages

      To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. Management: Starting with the million dollar smile Our MD, she is an amazing person. Not sure how she manages to make sure each of us are being noticed, acknowledged, appreciated. She is fun loving and full of energy. Talking about our CEO, he is very friendly with everyone. He takes interest and involvement in our career building. Seniors here are there to guide you at every single step. I feel fortunate to work with such amazing people. I discuss about my office life with my friends and family too. Fellow-mates: Here everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have made such beautiful relationships here. Like everything about this company.

      Inconvénients

      Though I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and goody. But may be being a small company we don't have cab facility and so thinking of having one in future for people coming from far would be another feather in the cap.
