      Avantages

      I have worked with PROT Systems for around two years as Project Manager, I am happy to write this review and let people know out there. This is the company you are looking for if you have passion for working with new technology. They have everything in place, from salary structure to expected outcome. Management is really friendly, you will really love to work with the team members here. Company have multiple in house products, with a very high potential in the market.

      Inconvénients

      There are no cons at all. If you love new technology just go for it.

      Avantages

      The company can be a good place to practice your skills, and getting paid at the same time.

      Inconvénients

      Poor offer, they don't even consider giving benefits to the employees. And it doesn't matter how long you've been working in the company. Work is all they want you for.

      We are not sure where this is coming from. We don't have a profile that matches this description. We also don't fire people during increment time. We actually provided increments during COVID-19 when many companies laid people off or reduced salaries. If this was an authentic review, and this person decided to leave, that is their choice. We do our very best to compensate our team with competitive salaries and benefits. Please be objective and factual. We are happy to hear from you and learn more.
