Avantages

You will learn how to live on low wages and how to recognize lies. You will also learn to keep your mouth shut and what the consequences will be if you don't. You will increase your income by putting in overtime, due to scheduling mismanagement, weather you want to or not. The people are very nice to your face and will help other employees recognize your flaws, behind your back. If you know or are related to one or more of the top management, of this facility, you will go far.

Inconvénients

The Alexandria facility has become too top heavy. Managers putting there friends and buddies in management positions. Some employees being promoted every couple years or less. And it's the same ones being promoted all the time while the rest wait for there 3% increase, once a year, while getting an already low wage. You will be told to come up with new ideas, methodology, ways to save "the company" money, etc. And when you do, it will be blown off as useless information until one of upper management comes up with the same idea, a few weeks later and then it becomes the greatest idea in the world. All will be reprimanded for internet and personal phone use when in fact, the worst offenders are the management types. They seem to think that they are above it all and there managers are too afraid to confront them personally so they will include everyone in there reprimand in the hopes that there underlings will eventually get the message. This will happen every couple of months.
