      late salary, engineers are like riggers, no work for them, learning will take time

      Avantages

      Great opportunity to add property management to portfolio. Great opportunity to work under Home Builders & Developers as they are building out a housing community.

      Inconvénients

      Homeowners - not understanding what they signed when purchasing a home. Getting calls for dogs barking in the middle of the night. Board Members not getting along.
