The company’s vision is great! Love what they are doing for the communities.

Inconvénients

Office staff is not valued. Seniority wins and they will never question them for their actions when pertaining to staff or their work. Property service department needs to be restructured. They have a lot of turnaround with staff and the company is not the issue it’s just management for that specific department.

...But they do not deliver on promises. No benefits. No annual reviews. No formalized annual raises. Overtime work expected, overtime pay doesn't exist. Family owned, so little room for growth. Management is very disorganized and rarely on the same page. Very very high turnover...
