      Avantages

      Avia treinamento rotineiro , avia gratificação por vendas e se importa com os funcionários.

      Inconvénients

      Por ser terceira da Algar telecom e com a crise devido ao vírus corona não avia muitas instalação e gratificação ,mais foi uma grande experiência de trabalho.

      Avantages

      Flexible time schedules; good for a summer job and for someone without much experience who wants to learn; friendly work environment, most of the time.

      Inconvénients

      I didn't find there were too many opportunities to advance, nor enough recognition. Also, I didn't really feel like making an impact.
