      Avantages

      Was able to have a schedule that I wanted. Only worked weekends.

      Inconvénients

      Really low pay. The more you know people in the company in higher positions, the more likely you are able to get your voice heard. Focus only on the clients/money, have to pay for uniforms and equipment, barely any patrol vehicles, and only for Supervisors.
