      Strong Dictatorship. "my way or the high way". Reviews, appraisals, lack transparencies, inner circle management. feedback to bosses were filtered. Road block. Love the job , was outcast and had to leave

      Small Company that allows you to put your mark on the organization and open to hearing and changing based on employees feedback and ideas. Leadership is super willing to hear from employee ideas

      People are busy, team is small but fully utilized on projects

      fake startup culture to get you to work more for less back stab culture leadership cliques no structure bad attitudes all around not sure if they even want the company to succeed at this point
