      Avantages

      All employees seem to get along together. I think mainly because they all fear for their jobs.

      Inconvénients

      Everything! Number one would be the childish owner. He turns the A/C off to "punish" all employees for one employee that opened a window. Working at PCC is the equivalent to kindergarten of the engineering world.

      Avantages

      Salaried employees have to ability to have flexible schedules. Health care is provided at a decent cost to employees

      Inconvénients

      the company for the most part is stuck in the past and the way they did things 10, 15 and 20 years ago.
