      Avantages

      Co-workers are mature, intelligent people. There is mutual respect across the company and employee well-being is paramount. A new hire's voice is listened to and considered as much as the owner's.

      Inconvénients

      Teams run a bit lean, although this is mainly due to dramatically fast growth and hiring struggling to keep up

      Avantages

      Wide breadth of interesting work (in addition to run-of-the-mill IT work, but that's expected), actually practice what they preach on client service, accessible team leads and owners, tight-knit team feel, after-hours needs are low and optional.

      Inconvénients

      As a small company, the onboarding / initial education process is a bit less structured in some areas than it could be at a larger firm. This is not a huge downside, but could be a struggle for people who need a more guided experience.
