Directors do well but employees are restricted on earnings and progression will be promised but it will never happen

Avantages

There are very few pros about working at power control other than coworkers

Inconvénients

Progression is promised but never delivered. There is also a lack of overtime and pay increases only happen when national minimum wage increases.
