      The executive team is well structured and the business is run in a very responsible way. The long-term vision is clear and the company culture is simply amazing.

      Avantages

      Excellente culture d'entreprise et équipe agréable avec laquelle travailler. Des gens très très intelligents là-dedans.

      Inconvénients

      Un nouveau prêt pour continuer à croître a créé une pression supplémentaire sur la plupart des équipes, mais rien d'inhabituel dans le monde des start-up.

      Avantages

      Great team culture and fun work environment, they care about employees (organising team activities, every 2 weeks company lunches, etc). Hybrid working schedule. Growth possibilities.

      Inconvénients

      As in many startups/scaleups a big focus is on growth and you need to be flexible with trying new things and picking up extra tasks.
