      Good fellow workers. Very laid back and casual!

      Inconvénients

      A little too laid back sometimes! Can be stressful dealing with schedules! Benefits are very expensive!

      *Flexibility with schedule when you need to take off *Not a lot of micromanaging

      Inconvénients

      *Inconsistency and lack of communication in all aspects - from upper management all the way down. *Poor benefits, especially if you have a family or medical condition *No potential for growth or opportunity moving forward *HR is non existent, there are no employee protections
