Avantages

People make Pod Point what it is! A place I see myself here in another 2 years only it some minor things change

Inconvénients

I feel sometimes decisions are made top down with a “jump to it now” mentality - but feedback going up is mulled over and takes a while to be actioned (if it’s not forgotten)

Avantages

Remote, team is nice to be fair

Inconvénients

-MASSIVE workload that nobody can keep up with, I'm exhausted every day -They hire people who are way too overqualified and then it turns out the job is basically just customer service whilst telling you it's not? -Pay is really terrible -They give terrible equipment to work on as well
