      Interesting work (R&D type atmosphere), personal ambitions and/or interests can be honed. Good benefits. Nice people. Business operations are very transparent.

      Inconvénients

      No organization and task focus. Lack of processes and required documentation (of anything). Lack of proper engineering analysis. Lack of product testing. Groups are somewhat isolated in work (related to organization).
