      Avantages

      There is Complete guidance and support provided by the seniors. I Got placed in the company through on-campus placement drive. I did not signed any financial bond with the company. Also got the chance to become a part of event arranged by the company beside regular work from home where all the travel and accommodation expense were handled by the company itself.

      Inconvénients

      There are no such cons for the company. You just need to have proper learning attitude and seriousness toward your role and job in the company, rest you can leave it to the seniors they will help you to upskill and will provide proper feedback for performance.

      Good for freshers to get first internship experience Trainers and mentors are often described as supportive Exposure to technologies like MERN stack, React, web development Some interns reported getting PPO/full-time roles after internship Work culture is considered decent by many reviewers

      Multiple online discussions call it suspicious or “fake” Some students claimed they were asked for training/registration fees Complaints about low salary/stipend Some reviews mention unclear career path and management issues Offer letters/joining delays reported by some students
