      I have been with the company for 15+ years, and one of the things I truly value is the opportunity to grow, learn, and take on meaningful responsibilities over time. The company has given me exposure to different areas of HR, Admin, operations, and people support, which helped shape my leadership, resilience, and commitment to service. There is also a strong sense of purpose in supporting employees and contributing to programs that help the organization.
