Not a great experience / internal politics dominated the ability to do your job - Avis employé Marketing Director Pernod Ricard North America

Bad corporate culture with people putting their personal careers over what’s best for the brands they work on. Competitive, hierarchical and not a very caring company. Lots of favoritism for promotions vs people who worked hard and had talent. Not a very supportive organization for employees. The culture needs to change. The CEO has changed since I left so I think this is being addressed.
