Avantages

International presense is a plus too, because you can get to travel a lot. Speaking of, the company favours its employees' mobility, so you can transfer to the country of your wish.
Inconvénients
It's very difficult to offer and push new ideas, because everyone seems to be happy if some policy works and doesn't really care if the policy takes weeks to implement and causes unnecessary bureacracy.
