      Avantages

      Pay is decent, *most* employees are nice and helpful

      Inconvénients

      Complete lack of training and support. Expectations are completely unrealistic. They practically sat me down in front of a computer and said "figure it out" The senior designer straight up told me it isn't his job to help me and to ask an engineer. On day 4 they were already talking about setting me up with a laptop to work remote overtime over the weekend even though I was completely unprepared and nowhere close to self sufficient.

      Avantages

      This is by far the best place I have worked as a refrigeration technician. We receive full support from our manager and the company as a whole while still being held accountable and encouraged to always expand our skills.

      Inconvénients

      Parts department could use some improvement and accountability.

      The company is well-positioned for potential growth

      Inconvénients

      401K plan structure results in no-matching by company in some cases, very poor management means multiple process dysfunctions and resulting job stress, company does not pay commissions to sales team as advertised in job offer, medical plan generally results in substantial costs to employee (well above average).
