      Avantages

      Easy to learn job with great training and support. I determine my start time and route for projects. Plenty of room for advancement and growth. People care about the company and job. Solid benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Low starting pay considering my experience in construction, however compensation for using my own vehicle makes up for it.

      Work alone most of the day, it’s pretty easy most of the time

      Inconvénients

      Pay isn’t good enough for the summers and winters in hot/cold.
