Leadership overall is generally accessible, and there is a focus on continuous improvement. The team represents the appreciation and dedication to health and helping people. Lastly, I have personally experienced support as it relates to tough life (non-work related) circumstances that have presented during my employment here. I received genuine understanding and compassion from all departments, including the CEO. This remains a cornerstone to my respect for the values the company has built over 20+ years.
Inconvénients

For individuals who enjoy growth-oriented, innovative environments, these challenges are typically outweighed by the opportunities they create. It may not be ideal for someone who is looking for a static, non-growth oriented, "do the bare minimum to get by" work experience.
