      Great Pay Good Benefits Hard Work Somewhat flexible hours Nice bonuses for safety and time worked good time off great pay for miles and load

      Management horrible, not very good communication Short time several times in the last 3 years without notice No notice for route change ups

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Not many that I know of. Great job overall

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
