Avantages
Pay isnt bad, used to be more competitive with other warehouses in the area. There are a lot of good benefits available, from medical and 401k match to profit sharing and incentive pay. There is decent upward mobility available and they offer to pay for related schooling but this program isnt advertised. Mid and lower lever managers and supervisors are very fair and quite flexible. They're human and know that we are too.
Inconvénients
Upper management is slow to react to changing market conditions (competitors raised pay months ago but our pay stagnated) and prioritized quick fixes over real long term solutions. We have a huge staff shortage so they expect everyone to chip in with order selecting. Other jobs are important too ya'know.
