      PFG corporate is a great company who believes in training and supporting its team

      Inconvénients

      PFG Somerset doesn’t care about sales people, their salaries, their time, their cars or their customers. They create trips for the management and office staff to enjoy with the same customers year after year

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
