      HARD work, you will hurt your back if you do this job too long. No real opportunities for career growth

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
