Avantages

Reasonable pay, good benefits, decent hours

Inconvénients

Lack of system technology. Based off ERP from 2000. No CRM to help prioritize your customer base. Leadership is shaky with new management turning fairly regularly. CEO is very on top of everything...a little over the top! Micromanage everyone regardless of your position as if he knows everything but doesn't.

Avantages

New mgnt. appears to have turned things around, new office is great, summer hours year round (Friday PM off), flexible hours. New products appear to be trend right, back in growth mode.

Inconvénients

Too many Packer fans, go Bears.

Avantages

If you are in the right department, you can get flexible hours and sometimes work from home.

Inconvénients

Extremely hostile environment. Management and coworkers are permitted to literally scream at you, with no fear of consequences. The CEO will spend the entire year preaching about this illusive bonus that everyone is working toward, but you won't get it, even if the company makes money and you reach all of your own goals, because it is never enough money. Then the CEO will stand in front of the company, and tell everyone that they failed themselves, failed their families, and failed their wallets. Even though the company is making money. And don't plan on this company for long term employment. They have layoffs at least once a year, but promise every time that it is the last time.
