      Avantages

      The company sticks to their mission statement of community wellness The employees care about providing the best service they can. Managers were very willing to work with me and my scheduling

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the local homeless populous will come into the store and cause trouble, however such instances are infrequent and were being actively addressed throughout my employment.

      Independent small local compounding pharmacy, Reasonable hours of operation for optimal work/life balance. Benefits + 401k with small match. Non-corporate.

      Inconvénients

      Lagging compensation and continuous conversations about financial strains which are common to small business and amplified by the current economic and pharmacy climate.
