Variety of work Great mentors Great work culture Management that connects with employees and even participate in work Good location Employee-owned drives good work ethic among employees Voluntary 401k match - they have made the match every year even though it's not required Flexible managers and scheduling - they really work with the employees to be sure that the work/life balance is good.
Inconvénients
Variable work load seems to make employees uneasy with job security Employee-ownership sounds great but can be elusive due to restrictions on timing requirements Vacation/holidays are standard at best
