      Avantages

      Flexible schedules and vacations, young, growing company with great potential. Project management works effectively without getting in the way. The team is great to work with and values education and creativity.

      Inconvénients

      Pay scales have been a little bit disproportionate, sometimes based more on location, seniority, etc. rather than productivity or other measurable methods.

      Avantages

      Perks are AMAZING! They have an awesome culture too and you get to be a part of the solution not just told what to do. They have always been super flexible and understanding and give you lots of autonomy to work. They really want you to act like an owner! Love this place!!

      Inconvénients

      Fully 100% remote so only get to see everyone like once or twice a year! Would love to see everyone more! When we do get together we have a blast!!

      Flexible, streamlined workflow Reasonable and fair management, once you agree to the initial terms, which are poor. I noticed an attempt to establish culture, but they didn't establish leadership first

      Inconvénients

      Low pay for writers Contract-work Requires a noncompete agreement. Really? Incentives reward mediocrity, not quality articles The work is highly impersonal, for the sake of efficiency
